The 12oz Fort Worth ribeye I ordered to be cooked medium was mostly rare. If you're gonna be known as a steakhouse you better get way better on cooking meat

They gave us terrible and rude service. This isn't the first time. It was so bad we couldn't even sit at the tables they placed us at.
This has been my favorite place for years, yesterday was great as always and Kaeton was awesome!!
Worst Texas Road House ever. Appetizers came out cold, Steak was ordered Med/W when it arrived at the table it was cold and Raw. The sweet potato was cold, marshmallows were not even close to melting. Never have I ate at a place like this, that was that bad.
