Absolutely horrible service! Spoke with kassie on the phone and she was beyond rude. I will NEVER work with this company again because of her and the sad thing is I’ve used them before and had a great experience. She def needs to work on her customer service. I have plenty of customer service experience and would be happy to give her some pointers!
