TRC was so great in helping me find the Kool Kan koozie that my husband has been looking for for a long time. Thank you TRC! You are great! And another plus is that the items are Made in the U.S.A!!!!
We purchased 2 TRC floats last year at the end of the season and did not use them until May 2014. In June I noticed one of the floats began leaking a black liquid where the adjustment mechanism is and that there were so slight tears at several seams. I contacted TRC Customer Service and after several emails back and forth with photos, etc. they have refused to replace the faulty float because I do not have my receipt. The Baja Lounge chair should never be used by children or men over 150 lbs. I was given this chair for mother's day. I sat in it once and my neighbors kid (65 lbs) sat and played on it. Broken! What is worse is that a rusty ooze comes out of it. It is horribly over priced and very low value.
