In this day and age, it is difficult to find a company that truly offers customer service that "wows" you. This company does! I placed a small order and had trouble entering my credit card information. The result was a duplicated order. Normally, you would find this out when 2 shipments arrived. TRC noticed the two orders and contacted me to question the duplication. I didn't have to contact them. The second order was cancelled and refunded immediately.This is real customer service!
I live on Granbury Lake and I’ve been here for 27 years and I buy a new Baja floating chair every 3 years, these are the best floats I’ve ever been on, but I’m small 5’2 and 111 lbs so I can’t speak for everyone, the new chairs have deeper drink holders and they are awesome...but I only got to enjoy them a couple weeks because a really bad storm blew mine in the lake off my dock and some lucky person is enjoying it and not me, I was heartbroken

Absolutely!! TRC is like extended family to us now. Judy gave us a plant tour and introduced us to so many nice people. It was wonderful seeing how the products we buy from TRC are made, so now I can explain to my customer why these products are the best.
Just purchased two Super soft adjustable pool recliners. One had rust, and is being replaced. Great service, thank you
