Worked with George Wolfe as my agent. He recommended "Rocking T Home Inspections" for my inspection. Do not use this company for inspections. Report was vague and ambiguous. Upstairs air vents had no duct work resulting in no air upstairs. This was not disclosed in the report. The existing duct work only lead to downstairs air.
