They do not deserve any stars at all! These people are just horrible - we have Humana MCR ins - they have another ins on their website and have billed the wrong ins - Husband has called over 5 times, gets a different ans every time - guess we will have to pay this bill, that is not fair when our ins would pay, Prob as soon as we pay it, then they will bill the correct ins co - scam for sure, that is called double billing which MCR does frown upon - they sure need a whole new leadership!!!!
How frustrating to deal with this scammy organization. Super unfortunate because we LOVE the doctors. However, we asked ahead of time and were told they were in network. Months later we are receiving bills saying they are not covered due to being out of network. It is impossible to get anyone to contact us to remedy the situation. I have been calling, messaging, waiting on hold in chat, doing everything possible. They say they will contact within 24hrs but this is a lie. They never contact us back. CANNOT get a hold of any human on the phone period. Horrible customer service. They keep sending me a bill for a mammogram I had months ago. This service was fully covered and paid in FULL by my insurance months ago.
They submitted an appeal to my insurance for payment, and then send the bill to collections. They’re actively trying to get two payments. Thats insurance fraud. DON’T TRUST THEM.
It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have been on hold for hours over multiple attempts to talk with someone. You can request a call back but no one calls. They have not filed my insurance which they have on file. I am happy to make a payment based on what I owe. The website will not accept any payment other than the full amount due from insurance,
