I received a text message from these clowns threatening to take me to collections for the grand total of $3.37. I paid the amount and thought it was done. A week alter I received yet another threat for the same amount. I was pretty certain I paid it but couldn't access my credit card app so I paid the bill again and when I got home, I logged in and there it was, a payment 7 days earlier. Early November I went to Presbyterian Hospital ER in Allen To have an infection from a surgery looked at, an X-ray was taken to make sure it was just on the surface. I paid my ER copay and didn’t think anything of it. Late January I received a 250$ bill from TRA for an after hour fee at a 24 hour ER. Texas radiology Associates Customer service is a joke.

I received 3 bills stating I owed $1133 dollars, the correct balance was $10.50 cents, oops they said. But not before I mistakenly paid $499 toward it. I have been lied to repeatedly by this company, I could have disputed this charge with my bank but was assured they would credit my account within 48 hours, another lie. I suspect this company of double billing a common practice used especially with seniors. It's been 2 weeks still no money returned. Do not trust Texas Radiology billing and accounting.
