It has been over a month since I have coordinated a lease transaction with this company. Me and my client were told they were accepting applications for a home for rent and to send an application fee. No answer for a week, no responses that application was received. Left multiple messages and voicemails as well as emails. After a week or so, they say they were not accepting applications during that time and that our fee would be refunded as they have had others who applied when they were not running applications.
