I have had my hearing tested by Lori twice and she was very professional. The staff was very helpful when I had trouble with the step and getting out of the chair. I will go back for my next hearing test and have recommended there office to my friends.

Ian Gillespie did an excellent job of assessing my hearing loss, and Lori Kirk, even though she was ill, managed to work me in at a time when she wasn't scheduled to get me properly fitted. I would recommend anyone who feels that their hearing may be diminished to make an appointment with Ian Gillespie at Texas Professional Hearing.

I was so excited when I got my "new ears". My wife had complained about how loud I had the TV. When I got home and we were watching she turned to me and said "you have the TV so low I can't hear it". She never noticed my hearing aids. The whole crew there are awesome and helpful. They have always helped me when I needed it.....going ton 2 years now. Thanks TPHC .

I recently had an unexpected problem with one of my hearing aids only two days before leaving on vacation. After explaining that I did not have an appointment, due to the unexpected failure, my hearing aid was examined and I was instructed on what to do in the future. Taking care of customers in this way assures me of returning in the future. Thanks again.
