We go all the way from Alamo Heights to Texas Pride BBQ with out thinking it twice! Great food, great music and lots of honest smiles!!! Unique place, wort the travel!!!
I have been meaning to stop in to try the BBQ for years. We finally made it! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was PHENOMENAL. I couldn't decide on sides so I got the tradition potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and creamed corn. The potato salad and macaroni and cheese were good. I was a little disappointed with the creamed corn. It was watery and didn't have much flavor. The outside bar was a bit slow. The atmosphere and band playing were great, though. We will be back to give it another shot.
