Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I worked with Dr. Blakely Portillo for the last seven months to rehab a surgically repaired hamstring. Dr. Blakely was not only lovely to work alongside with but she pushed me in and out of the facility to get back to sport. She combined high tech techniques like Blood Flow Restriction Therapy with the tried & true techniques of strength and agility training. Knowledgeable staff, nice facility.
Such a disappointing experience. I was clearly told both over the phone and in person that the cost would be $150 as a cash-pay patient. However, I later received a bill stating I owed an additional $220—bringing the total to $370. This feels extremely deceptive and misleading. On top of that, the physical therapy itself was very average and did not stand out in any way. Based on both the billing practices and the quality of care, I would not recommend this place. The therapist named Brennan was awesome made me feel comfortable and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming..
