Such a disappointing experience. I was clearly told both over the phone and in person that the cost would be $150 as a cash-pay patient. However, I later received a bill stating I owed an additional $220—bringing the total to $370. This feels extremely deceptive and misleading. On top of that, the physical therapy itself was very average and did not stand out in any way. Based on both the billing practices and the quality of care, I would not recommend this place.
