Very busy PT office and therapist may be working with multiple patients at the same time, but you get 1 on 1 attention to start your session.
If I could leave zero stars I would My doctor referred me to this location It has terrible communication just to set up a simple appointment - I filled out the online form and had different numbers text me and ask the same questions I had already answered on the form (annoying) then on a Friday the 5th of Dec- they confirm an 11am appt on 12/15 on Monday the 8th of Dec I agreed to it that and I had to do the entire questioning again because they claim the “thread” had expired. As a former athlete who still works out regularly, the team had a progressive treatment plan for me regarding a partially torn hamstring. Both Brennan & Katie kept me engaged with various exercises; my lateral movement & flexibility has improved. I also owe Tyler a shout out for helping me after surgery 3 years ago for a detached rotator cuff & bicep tendon. He also had a progressive plan which helped me with a solid recovery. Will recommend!
