I have been with Dr. Mikheil for 5 yrs when he retired. Okay I get it everyone deserves to retire. However, to put me with a clinic that would close at the drop of a hat within 5 months is just crazy! Can anyone tell me why they closed down and how I can get my medical records?
They never called, cannot get my medical records, I was with Dr. M and he retired. Was with this place 5-6 months and now gone. I’m confused about how to get my medical records. What a mess. Open for suggestions; ANYONE?!
Horrible company. I was with a provider for 5 years that turned his patients over to this place and they were awful. I had a whole plan in place with my medications and getting off of them and when I gave my concerns to this place the doctor was no help and always just asked how I wanted to do it. They were the professionals I thought they were to tell me the safest way to do what I had in place with my other doctor.
