They do not care about your pain in any way, they are more concerned about CONTROLLING YOU with the prescriptions. What caused me to drop their Agerwall was because of what happened during my last visit on Sept 17t 2025. I knew after my l 3 months since that I was due for a screen so I asked the nurse if I was going to be required and if so could I submit as I needed to relieve myself. She said yes and yes.
I can honestly say this place has the worst patient customer service I have ever seen for a doctor's office. This is a pain management clinic and they will not call you back and that is so sad because there dealing with people with chronic pain and need help. The least a doctor office like this can do is return a phone call but if you expect that at this place you won't get it guaranteed.
Dr Mitchell and Chris are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Great listeners And always able to answer my questions.
Doctors do not call in prescriptions when they tell they will. Had a 4pm appointment, on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy as I was told it would be. Now I have to suffer for 2-4 days before I can get my prescription while they enjoy their Thanksgiving. They do not care about their patients. Looking for a new doctor who does what they say they will do.
