Yesterday, I was at the pre-admit department, and although the department was maxed the entire staff handled the situation with supreme professionalism upfront and once you were with the nurse and PA it only increased with utmost care and understanding for your concerns! Thank you Texas Fondren for caring, and going the extra steps!!!
For Acl or Meniscus repair I strongly recommend Dr Burke and his staff. Physical therapy side Lewis Ray is the best for real for real
I hope that the procedure that my son's needs goes better than trying to set an appointment. I got left 3 messages over a two day period and never received a call back. When I called back I got put on hold and cut off 4 times! I don't think that they get that we are the customer.
My son had surgery on his knee, all the staff was very nice and helpful. They kept us posted on everything that was going on with my son. Dr. Elkousy and is staff is the best!!!
Dr Gharbaoui's office/staff is a joke and the hospital is a sad excuse for medical care. He tells my mother in MAY that she needs surgery stat and she starts the process. 3 months later his office still hadn't sent precerts, the only way my elderly mother gets a call back is if I call. His office demands a letter saying her insurance will pay and they send it over and now here we are 5 months out and no surgery. FYI they scheduled and cancelled it the day before 3 times now. I have great respect for this facility. The staff is among Houstons finest. When you see the staff all happy and performing at optium performance you know they are being treated right. In return you will receive great service and caring heart felt respectful care. Facility very clean organized and professional. The Doctors on staff are top notch,listen to what your actually trying to convey to them. I would recommend this to all family and friends... John PRITCHETT
Everyone at Texas Orthopedic Hospital is AMAZING, from the doctor, folks at the doc's office, the ladies in Pre-admissions, the folks that checked me in this morning, the staff in pre-op, the anesthesiologist, the OR nurses, PT, and the nurses in Recovery. Just awesome. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Dr. Burke did an orthoscopic knee surgery on me at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. My experience was great! Now to heal up and feel better post op! ;)
