I recently had surgery on Wednesday with Ryan Thomas and the entire experience at the surgical center was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease, taking the time to answer my questions and reassure me throughout the process. I came into this facility nervous about surgery and not knowing what to expect. However, the surgical staff at this facility exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and kindness. From the preop, anesthesia, and PACU staff, I felt all were proficient in their jobs and that I was in good hands throughout the process. 5/5. Hope I never have to go back though.
