I came into this facility nervous about surgery and not knowing what to expect. However, the surgical staff at this facility exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and kindness. From the preop, anesthesia, and PACU staff, I felt all were proficient in their jobs and that I was in good hands throughout the process. 5/5. Hope I never have to go back though.
Jason Thompson and Irma and Kevin, Mary, Crystal, Diana, Tammy, and a couple other AMAZING FOLKS. We had a packet, a class to go over the packet and Q&A so much so we had no questions day of surgery. This team is professional and FUN. You feel like your hanging out with close friends. They Answer when you call. No one does that anymore, BEST IN ALL TEXAS and we are blessed they are here in Corpus Christi!
This group will not offer any accommodations needed by patients which demonstrates that they care only for money and not customer service. Will not do a Telehealth call, insist on multiple pre-op appointments even after diagnostic completed. Dr’s won’t communicate with patients unless they are only in the office. Very bad service.
