RecommendedEveryone was very kind and attentive - even toward me when my daughter was the patient. The front office offered me snacks and drinks when I didn’t eat prior to my daughters surgery because she had to fast (I didn’t want to eat in front of her) that was very kind and totally not something they needed to do. Everyone was personable and checked on us often. On her way to recovery and we are pleased.
I have been going to there for care of my knee and spine. I have no complaints at all. I have been going PT there and they are wonderful .
I went since I take my elderly neighbor there for her knee care and she is happy with them. I met with Dr. Smith, who wanted to get all my results from other places first. He said he'd be in touch. Surprisingly, he was! Still waiting for a result, but so far, he's the only doc who has me at peace! YAS! Don't fail me now! LOL <3

At first I thought Dr. Barkoh helped my Dad. He didn't. His staff is lazy and does nothing but offer apologies. Honestly, I blame his staff for not being on point like they should be. Prescriptions are called in a day later. They just don't care. My Dad is supposed to have two MRI's scheduled to find out his source of pain. Nothing. No calls. They don't care. Finding a new spinal surgeon. Don't waste your insurance or your money.

Thank goodness for Dr Mathis and all his team at Texas Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine! Top notch Dr! Great communication. Genuine care and concern. I felt I received the best possible care. I would highly recommend!
