RecommendedDr. Walder and his staff are super friendly and professional. They took time explaining the process and proper care. We had no surprises, only good things to say. Very happy with the results.
They have the friendliest staff, who are all extremely well educated and very personal. They are always smiling and beyond willing to accommodate you. My daughter had an issue over the weekend, and Dr. Walder was more than happy to go into the office today (on a Sunday!) just to get her fixed up, so we could leave out of state for vacation. I am a general dentist and trust my patients with Dr. Walder. Now I brought my daughter and was impressed as expected. Their staff is awesome and Dr. Walder is so good at what he does. Always recommend Dr. Walder for all ortho needs.

A totally great experience. They were always on time with all appointments, very friendly, knowledgeable associates, and an efficient system like I have never seen at ANY medical facility. On day one, all steps and procedures were explained along with the total cost. Nothing deviated from what we were told. We drove to Terrell from Longview, TX, each appointment because the cost saved us $2,500. The final outcome? Zoe has a beautiful smile with perfect teeth alignment and much better self pride.
We see the dentist at the Terrell office but opted for the Forney office for ortho care. The Forney office didn’t seem as fast paced and crowded as the Terrell office. However; I can see why the office is so full! Great care. My son was comfortable and confident with this office and Dr. Walder and his staff. The initial appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes and it took just that. Very prompt yet thorough treatment.
