Loved my first experience! Walked in for a consult at 1:30, walked out at 3 with a full mouth of braces ☺️ Everyone was so nice and accommodating!
After several months I wanted to post an update to my original review. Since Dr Walder spoke to us about our frustrations he has gone above and beyond any expectations we had. He has been patient, kind and genuinely put forth effort to understand where we were coming from. He never made excuses or told us why we were wrong, he just made it a point to address our concerns and keep open lines of communication in the process. The service was great, and the workers were nice.
Everyone is so warm, nice, friendly and helpful. They are always on time, they take the time to talk with you and explain everything and answer any questions you have. Dr. Walder has gone above and beyond to be helpful with my daughter beyond just orthodontics. I would highly recommend this office.
