We paid $4,000 on November 18, 2025 for my wife to receive injections in both arms at the same time for tennis elbow and radial tunnel syndrome. The pain after the procedure was unbearable — a severe burning sensation in both arms. Because both arms were treated simultaneously, she could barely use either arm for quite some time, which caused significant inconvenience and hardship.
