Great care been really making my wife feel comfortable
My heart is breaking, because of not getting all the side affects of radiation, my brother died, sooner then he need to. They did not share all that can happen by using radiation as a result my brother died four months later after they said he was cancer free it made his heart and his arteries weak and they burst, when he started coughing. I will never do radiation. Why would you put poison in your body with chemo and radiation.
They have great service and do good working
Bizarre experience at this location. I went for a hematology, not oncology consult. Presumably most of the people going to this office are in a terrible place in their lives and some looked very sick. The tiny little waiting room was packed for an hour straight. They wouldn't let me see the Doc until I had spoken with a financial counsellor in the waiting area (seems this way with all the patients). My PCP sent my referral over July 18th. I am transferring from Rockwall, TX to Round Rock. I have a rare blood cancer and desperately needed a phlebotomy. Texas Oncology Round Rock REFUSES to treat me or even tell me why!!! They just keep saying my transfer is in progress, even though Rockwall says it's done. My hct got SO high my PCP sent me to Carter Blood Care to get get an emergency therapeutic phlebotomy. We are going on TWO months. The call center has no clue.
