Bad customer service from
Delays are horrible, my appointment was at 2:00 PM I reached on time and checked in, after that they made me wait for 45 min before my infusion. After calling me inside again wait for 20 min to start, no one came. At 3:00 PM they started my infusion which is 20 min procedure. Horrible wait times
I have sent 2 emails to the txofeedback@usoncology.com that is referenced in many reviews and have had no responses so I decided to come here to this platform as the practice seems to reply to these reviews. We were seen at Seton Williamson County Texas on November 13, 2024 and had a probable pancreatic cancer mass with liver metastasis. We were admitted for a stroke and Dr. Travis Cox rounded on us twice and said he would be following for the biopsy that was performed in the hospital during that stay.
