My mom saw Dr. Ruben Saez. In 2 words he is negligent and arrogant. Does not read the chart. Does not look at the patient. Does not recommend regular imaging and says he bases off of symptoms but does not ask about cancer related symptoms such as back pain, bleeding, or abdominal pain during visits so patients are unaware of what symptoms they need to watch out for in case of recurrence or metastasis. My husband has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma. This has taken us by surprise. I just want to say everyone at this facility is A1 in my book. They have the most caring staff, especially in the chemo room. Get everyone.That's there has been super nice and I thank you through this rough time.It means a lot.

But to let your boss know .. straight Rude.. and this is a cancer center... Wrong job for you sweetie....
Dr Wendy Mahone-Johnson is an amazing and empathetic doctor and I cannot recommend her enough! The nurses and staff are just as wonderful - they are attentive and helpful and truly show the care that cancer patients need while navigating this portion of their lives.
