Have been trying to call today and leave info for new insurance. I have been on hold three times for at least 10 minutes each time. NO operator has ever answered!
my hematologist appointment today at texas oncology was literally the best doctor’s appointment i’ve ever had!! from the medical assistant, the nurse and Dr. Stone, they were all so sweet and kind! Dr. Stone spent sufficient time with me, he was not on a computer at all, he was asking questions, clarifying things, he was curious, he restated what i had said to make sure he completely understood! then i got my blood work done, and that was the best blood draw i’ve ever had. she was super sweet and it didn’t hurt, which normal... read more
Today was officially the worst experience we have ever had at any clinics. I don’t know who runs this place, but it made DMV look terrific. My daughter had an appointment for iron infusion with doctor Khade today. We had all of the blood work done, spent 3 hours on filling out the incredible amount of paperwork online, came in all prepared, but not for this. First they couldn’t find her paperwork, when no one explained to us that today was only the consultation. My daughter called yesterday to ask some questions. They have n... read more
