As my HRT Oncologist, Dr. Netaji demonstrates a professional and personable demeanor who exhibits respect and compassion for his patients. I am comfortable with his level of care and understanding of my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Not really sure how to rate support. Up until the new phone system, the staff and follow-up has been superb….a five plus! I have called twice during treatment and got a call back in a few hours. Since the new call system…not so good. I have called two days in a row about lab results and have not received a call back from my doctors’s nurse. Please go back to the old system. Ongoing great care from this whole team.
Went in with high anxiety, but the entire process and procedure was fantastic. Would do it again in 5 yrs!!!
The doctors, nurses, and staff are such a professional, experienced, and caring group of people. My care has been top-notch and innovative. I have moved out of the area and still travel to Austin every six months to receive follow-up care. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Texas Oncology.
