Very Disorganized, No communication. One nurse calls saying maybe your mother haves labs because the doctor forgot to order a lab even though we went yesterday and then another nurse calls at 7pm leaving a message that my mother does not have labs and when coming to the appointment we are sent to the 3rd floor because she does have labs. Check in is nightmare. When the lady ask for the copay I pay the copay from my personal debit card and then the lady hands the receipt to my mother. My debit card my receipt and she just gav... read more

Dr Nataji is awesome. I like his “bedside manner” he’s funny does fist bumps. He is straight forward which I appreciate honesty. I’m fighting cancer with no outside support system and the entire office is so nice to me. They remember my name now. There is a routine when you start treatment. Get your blood work done. My treatment is working and that’s the... read more

And even though I've inquired thru my nurses more than once, the chemo I'm supposed to have tomorrow didn't get scheduled. They informed me today that there are now no openings for tomorrow. They also erroneously scheduled my first treatments wrong, so I had to be in the offic... read more

Can't think of how could be better. Dr Shimkus and MA Rhonda have seen it all twice. They explain in layman's terms and give patient sense of where they stand in journey. Staff is pleasant, genuinely empathetic. Works around travel plans. Good sense of humor. See pic of matching tape to my tie dye shirt just for grins. Financial assistance goes above and beyond, as in finding a grant to cover most of treatment not covered by insurance.
