We were extemely pleased with the services provided by Stacey Johnson, our Escrow Officer with TNT. They were a recommendation from our realtor, which resulted in a very easy and error-free closing! Highly professional throughout the whole process, with very detailed communications and supporting documentation. I wish all property transactions were like this! We would absolutly use TNT again. Great experience working with Texas National Title (shout out to Kathy L!). We wanted to close on the home as early as possible and all of the things required from the title company arrived earlier than scheduled. The team was also very available!! When I called or emailed I always got the answer I was looking for. The closing on our new home was fast and easy, with all the details explained.
Needed a copy of my title from a past transaction. Called on a Friday afternoon at 4:00, got a pleasant human on the phone who quickly connected me to Kim McCarthy. Kim has EXCELLENT customer service skills. I am very grateful for the service I received and would happily do business with this company again.
