At first I had a good experience. Then after I signed, I found out that the Kia warranty does not transfer to another owner. They gave me another warranty, which was awesome, but a day later I had to remove the battery to change a headlight, and it tripped the alarm system in the car. They never gave me a key fob, so the car wouldn't even start. I called a few times to try and resolve this, and Daniel didn't call me back, I called again, and spoke with Mike (who was excellent) that referred me to a locksmith to come get a ne... read more
