I could have loved it a lot more if I hadn’t had to be there. Everyone was really nice though!
Awesome experience! The staff was so kind and patient. Les was hilarious, and eased my mind. My nurse started a painless IV. I loved the fact that the IV site was numbed a little first. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you all!
From preop to discharge, everything was top notch!
I received very professional treatment today. From the intake process, to pre-op, and post-op. Wonder nursing staff, anestesiologist, Dr. Dickey and Calvin. I could not have asked for better treatment.
My 2nd personal experience thru the yrs and had taken my Mother for procedures twice. Midwest has alway been a great place, but I have to say - they hit it out of the ballpark with my most recent procedure today. From scheduling, to check in, to pre-op to procedure, to post-op & check out - I couldn't have been treated better anywhere!! They were kind, efficient, caring and very observant and well organized! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
