Their facility was ok. This review is focused on the anti-consumer focus of their email communications and forms. The following is in a form I was required to sign before an at-home test could be performed... "If this device is not utilized or returned at the agreed upon place & time, within 48 hours of receiving the device, I understand that I will be charged a $250 late fee. My partner and I were in a bit of a rush to get a device for his snoring and sleep apnea. We were surprised to learn what a lengthy and arduous process it would be from obtaining a Dr. order for a sleep study to ultimately receiving equipment. I was lucky enough to end up connected with the most helpful and knowledgeable person, Monica (she actually works in their insurance dept), who helped us from start to finish push all the steps through to completion. I didn't really know what to expect since this was my first clinical sleep study. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was adequate and fairly quiet. But I do have a couple of suggestions. First of all the lights were way too bright. Especially if you need to get up and use the restroom in the middle night. Also the mattress was a bit hard for someone that sleeps on their side. They should invest in some memory foam mattresses.
