The nurse and front desk staff was great. However, the doctor I saw was so incompetent. He wasn’t confident in the diagnosis and deflected the severity of my symptoms. Although my lab results came back negative for flu and strep, he didn’t know how to diagnose beyond the lab results. He was so dependent on the data only that when I would tell him other symptoms I had, he didn’t know how to respond. I could’ve just stayed home and received the same care.
Everyone was amazing! During a high stressful moment, they take care of everything.

While the staff and doctor were nice, our overall experience was disappointing and left us with concerns about both billing transparency and patient communication. At check-in, we were required to complete a lengthy questionnaire and sign a form authorizing the clinic to automatically charge our credit card once billing was processed.
