I did not have a good experience with this place but I did not plan to leave a negative review until today. I keep receiving texts that say I owe $90 which I paid on the day of service. So I called them and got their AI automated answering system, which is actually pretty cool because she sounds so real but she’s also really good at not connecting you to a human. 225 dollars to be seen by a doctor for 5 minutes who offered no idea of a resolution.....complete waste of time and money....extremely disappointed
Doctors are nice, billing is a lil bit shady, they charge me after they submitted a claim to my insurance and even before my insurance got the claim they charged me the full bill plus a surcharge! I tried to call the billing department and of course they didn’t pick up the phone. Then I called the number below and the answer from 5 CSR was we can’t find your bill, please contact our office and they gave me a number, I called the other number and the answer was… any representative can take your call, bye!

Great experience! Did testing and explained thoroughly my diagnosis. Also told me what to do if persists and when to go to ER. Very warm and welcoming. Will go back!
