Thanks for The TEAM Effort to remove & INSTALL our New HVAC System on the June 9, 2026. Thanks again to ZACH - JUSTIN - MATT for each performed their task and worked to keep the dirty old components from messing with the home , and picking up after themselves from the packing materials. The System has been performing as expected for the last 9 days.
Our 10 year old carrier 5 ton AC died. The service representative from Texas Made, Jordan explained thoroughly why the compressor was bad and our options for repair or replacement. Our master electrician son-in-law listened to my explanation and concurred. We decided to replace the unit. Cody came the next day and was able to withstand the boatload of questions about other brands, types, options etc. Given the options available, we chose to use Texas Made especially with the zero percent interest for 60 months available. The guys do a good job, but the experience is sullied by the scheduling and customer interface. Not just once, but twice, Tiffany sent out the crew to work without even calling to schedule a time & date. I mentioned this to the crew & they said this has happened with several customers lately. To make matters worse, Tiffany then accused me of being senile & forgetting the service had been scheduled! Sadly, I won’t be using Texas Made again.
Justin and Zach did a fantastic job. Quick, efficient and polite. Cody was a great salesman as well!
So glad we found this company. Very kind and professional. Needing some emergency repair and came earlier than ETA given. We signed up for the maintenance program too. Update 3/24/26: New A/C system installed. Everyone from The sales rep Cody from the install guys Zach, Justin and Matt where super professional and efficient. So glad we continue to use Texas Made for all our A/C needs.
