Went for my birthday dinner with my mom today and they messed up on the order and the entire experience was horrible

Had to send the meal back because mash was stone cold then when it came back the server left me with no cutlery so i had to use my wifes as she was now finished her meal and the 2nd steak was medium wen i asked for it well done , total ameteur service ,
Went there today for my birthday and it was amazing. The country fried sirloin was AMAZING! AND to top it off the waiter surprised me with a brownie and ice cream :) you guys are amazing will be definitely going again soon for that steak
Its good but there are better restaurants for the same price.
I had the peppercorn steak and it was delicious! The garlic mashed potatoes were also great!
I loved the service I got at their place on SA Riverwalk. The waitress was awesome and the manager came around to ask us if everything was fine as well. I can't say my experience was bad. Really glad I had that delicious piece of steak there!! My belly was extremely satisfied!
