I went in Saturday evening and had a new waiter. He was pleasant but had no idea what he was doing. The salad had no dressing on it which I thought should have been obvious. I had to ask about prime rib just to get a prime rib menu. I am not sure why they would not hand it out anyway. There were many more issues. If I had not had a coupon I would not have gone in to the restaurant in the first place. I will not be going back. It is not worth your time. There are too many other options out there.
This place sucks! Hair in food and rude people and couldn't even get ice or refills or even the bread that's free! Y'all need to close down for good... That's why your the only place at concord mills with a empty parking lot on a Saturday night!
High prices and mediocre food. Probably should have gone somewhere else.
Gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Service almost none, and we were 2 of the 3 people there. Had to ask twice for a piece of the complimentary bread. And the final straw... I don't like spiders in my salads !!!!
I’m not one to ever complain or send food back but I had to send my ribeye back twice. I asked for medium and it was bloody and mostly bloody each time they brought it back. Then, to top it off, I found a giant, long hair in my garlic mashed potatoes. My waitress was very good though. She apologized profusely and was very good to us. Just not a place we will be going back to anytime soon.
First impressions were NOT good... hostess unfriendly with a 25 min. wait and the place was not packed at all..tons of tables. Excuse was a server left. Then we asked if we could sit in bar and with hesitation yes that is where we sat. It was so horribly dirty.. especially the backs of the fabric bar stools. YUCCKO. However, the waitress we had was delightful and the food was good. Just makes you wonder if the common area is so dirty what does the kitchen look like?
