I will share my experience so that nobody else will have to experience this place, if they heed my warning. I booked one, 1, ONE infusion over the phone. I walked in and was very confidently presented a schedule for the next 7 or so visits, which I did not ask for. I booked ONE appt. They push 6 or 7 or 8; I don't remember. I said no, that I wanted to see how the first one went. They actually scheduled these appts for me, without my consent, and put the schedule in front of me to show me the days I was to come back. Horrible experience. I made an appointment, pay for the appointment ($150) and then when I show up at their hole in the wall place in Dallas, they say that I don't have an appointment. Then why did I pay????
I can not speak highly enough about the entire team of wonderful people that make up Texas Ketamine Specialists. From the front desk all the way to the psychiatrist that does the approvals for treatment, to the CRNA’s that handle giving the infusions. Everybody has been nothing but caring and compassionate. I had a wonderful experience with TKS. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Stephanie was great. The rooms were so homey and comfortable especially for someone so terribly depressed. The staff was always able to accommodate my requests for when I quickly needed an infusion. I highly recommend them.
The entire staff at Texas Ketamine Specialists is top notch. I have been to a bad ketamine clinic and suffered the consequences, but everything about TKS proves that this is the way it should be done. From setting appointments to getting the treatments to chats with Dr. Kim throughout the process - I couldn't put together a better team.
