Mike and his sister (sorry, unable to remember her name) know customer service. Mike greeted me with a handshake. This will not be my last time visiting their shop. I'm glad I came across their site in the Local Guides. I could have taken my clock to someone in Irving, but I've done that in the past, only to return. Mike was able to not only fix the one clock while I stood and watched him, but he never even charged me! That's TRUE customer service. I met these great folks back in the 80's when I moved to Carrollton; Since then, they have done custome design work and many repairs and battery replacements for me. I always can depend on Outstanding Customer Service, a friendly and welcoming store environment and fabulous design work. I would highly recommend this family store to all of my friends and family throughout the DFW area. Thanks for all of the great service, Mike!
