Beware, you might be signing a blank check. I got hit with this bill. You can refuse any charges on article 3, allow the realtor to take the risk of the sale, the reward is a huge 3% of the sale. Otherwise you are signing a blank check. You can sign a short contract of 3 months instead of 6 and renew if you feel comfortable with the realtor. If this recommendations are not acceptable, look for another realtor
The reality company is a good company as a whole, The issue is an agent who did not represent them in a good light, Agent represented seller and refused to disclose info required by law, I closed on home anyway hopefully with no regrets.
