Scheduled a 10 AM appointment for today with Dr. Whiting. Drove almost an hour to get to the office, arriving 10 minutes early. Intake nurse spent about 5-10 minutes with me then asked that I wait in the exam room for "10-15 minutes because the doctor is with another patient right now." Waited 35 minutes for ANYONE to see me, but never did. Walked out to the front desk to let them know I was leaving without being seen because apparently Dr. Whiting is too busy or overbooked. Was not given any explanation by the office staff.... read more

I’ve been a patient for about 4 years, I was diagnosed with cancer in the beginning of 2025 while undergoing chemotherapy for about a year and half. I’ve experienced a seizures lately while taken the same strength Dr.Wanda prescribed a couple of years ago. I have a balance from 2024 explained my circumstances and I’ve paid on the balance under $300 but I couldn’t see my Dr today because I couldn’t pay $85!! Well the office manager made this choice. I’m so disappointed but let me find another Dr.

I am updating my previous comments from a couple years ago. The admin for the Dr's. Is stellar. The last four visits have occurred either right on time or early. NP Wanda is amazing and gives effective and practical advice for managing my various medical issues.

Worst front office experience I’ve encountered—especially concerning for a neurology practice. I’m writing as a patient’s daughter who had to step in and manage everything. Honestly, if you don’t have someone advocating for you, I worry patients could easily be overcharged or misinformed here. My mother waited over a month for an appointment for memory concerns. Her copay showed as $40 online, but she was unexpectedly charged $211.03 at check-in with no prior notice. Billing later told us she’d owe another ~$200 for a follow... read more

This facility is located in what is objectively the most patient unfriendly hospital complex in the United States. Give yourself 10 extra minutes to get through construction traffic and 20 to 30 minutes to find parking. Be prepared for one to two elevators to be down so add that time in as well. Waited over 40 minutes after check in, nobody came to get me for my procedure or provide an update on time. Just pathetic.
