If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not advertise the true price of their cars online. They have a $849 “reconditioning” fee that is not included in the advertised price online. I was only made aware about the fee when I went to sign the paperwork(see the attached pictures for proof). Price shown online is $11,991. Actual price in paperwork is $12,840. Luis and Evan were so incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of my first online car purchase. Despite it being a weekend and the occurrence of a federal holiday, they were both responsive and on top of things!
