Comp is unorganized net to the employees and to the clients
I DO NOT recommend working here. BAD EXPERIENCE. I was told a client made a complaint then it went to an anonymous person did. IT WAS FALSE NEWS but THEY SWEAR ITS ACTUAL FACTS THAT PROVEN. when I have the same client on recording saying none of it happened on her watch and she was not the one to say it. THEY WILL FIRE AND NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HAVING FACTS THAT IT WAS ALL A LIE. This company has family backing up family. Accent Care is a very professional service they have excellent case, managers, and professional providers. Although their California office Could use a little better communication skills other than that it’s a very excellent company.
