Terrible communication & scheduling practices. People show up without an appointment, pushy. Nurse didn’t appear to be very skilled or able to focus. Didn’t treat me with care or respect. I’ve cancelled but they still try to send people.

It started off well with the initial visit. But everything after was down hill from there. They don’t return phone calls, keep canceling and rescheduling visits without notice or even a phone call. Every call I made to check on status of visitations and assessments were never returned. It wasn’t until I asked for discharge that any interest or concern for my mother’s care came into play.

This is the worst company ever. The Nurse took my stitches out last week . And todays nurse found 2 Stitches still in my leg. She also left her pkgs in the floor, instead of putting them in the trash . Also one of their nurses, on two occasions did Not take my Blood Pressure. But she wrote some numbers down. That’s Falsification. Who does this ?. This company is Not to be trusted. Please Do not Use them . They are Aweful.
