My in laws have been paying rent on time for 4 years and paying for minor repairs out of their pocket. One of the agents is telling them that they have to be out by the 28th instead of the 29th of Feb. because the professional didnt look at the 2020 calendar to see when the last day of the month was when they wrote the lease. And knowing they both are in really bad health, said they were aware of that,but it doesn't matter. A monthly rent payment paid, should cover the whole month. Very heartless.
