This is the Owner responding to your review of our Company. I apologize if you feel that you didnt get great service from our Company. You neglected to mention that both service techs that were at your house informed you that the system was low on refrigerant and suggested at that time to do a leak search. Omar had offered this because he did not want you to waste money on refrigerant. He explained to You that he would perform a free leak detection prior to adding refrigerant. CUSTOMER BEWARE - Our repair started as a minor repair because of a 'blown fuse' - it continues a couple more weeks into a frozen compressor - than escalates to a leak of the refrigerante - than results in replacing the outside and inside units at a large price - this is on units less than 7 years old which usually have a life span of 12 - 15 years. We only did the repairs that you allowed us to do at that time because you were trying to sell the house and didn't want to sink any money into it. The reason your compressor went out was due to you running the system without refrigerant instead of turning it off. This burned out your outside unit.
