He showed up between the time they said he would and explained everything to me and fixed the problem. RecommendedThis place is top notch and just like their name Service First. Our A/C wasn't working anymore the first warm day of the year in San Antonio. We called this company and we had service from Mike A., Jever, Jimmy (new guy), and Omar. What an amazing crew we had today here all day from 11-7pm. They took care of us as soon as possible - same day and before it got too hot. Called several other places that never returned the call! Sam answered the phone and made me feel like he was personally going to see that my issue was taken care of immediately. Great personal service. Omar identified the problem right away and fixed it and gave us good advice on filters in the attic versus the house. Would recommend them to anybody.
I only review a company if I feel VERY confident I can stand behind what I say. In writing this review I can DEFINITELY say that is totally the case here. I love this company. I live over an hour from where this business is based and that has never been a problem with them in getting to me in a timely fashion. I have had the best experiences with Service First. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone. My technician, Rudy, has been out several times now, and has done excellent and exceptional work. He is always very friendly and courteous as well. Service First sent him out pretty much immediately after I called. He is an honest man and this is an honest company. Thank you Rudy, and thank you Service First!
Joseph was very friendly and professional. He took the time to show us everything that was was wrong and answered all our questions with the patience of a saint! The technicians that came out the next day to replace our entire unit were also very respectful. All in all, I highly recommend this company and I'll refer everyone that I can!
