I can in voluntary because I was in a deep depression. The staff was not nice to me. They all felt cold. This isnt my first visit to a mental hospital so I kinda knew what to expect. This place is by far the worst out 3 different ones in the Dallas area. I received the same meal everyday. The showers dont even have curtains on them. Not to mention that they get water everywhere. Literally the WORST MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY!! MY DAUGHTER SELF HARMED THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION AND IT WAS VISIBLE. THE COUNSELOR CHRISTINA AND PSYCHIATRIST DR.TAJANI ARE THE WORST!! MY DAUGHTER AND I BOTH TOLD THE STAFF THE MEDS WERE NOT WORKING AND YET THEY SENT HER HOME AND TOLD ME GOOD LUCK FINDING HER HELP SINCE WE'RE ON MEDICAID!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! MY DAUGHTER IS WORSE OFF THAN SHE WAS BEFORE SHE ENTERED THE FACILITY!!
