After coming from Baylor Grapevive HEB has been the blessing we were looking for in a matter if less than 30 min aftr getting into room Dr's and nurses came in took over and took charge the were on it at every turn exray tech came in and was bak in 10 min this visit has been a huge relief compared to last nights visit at Baylor. The ENTIRE staff was more than exceptional everyone had a smile on their face and loved their job! Dr Bradburry was amazing as well as Tim Janelle Jen GREAT JOB!!!
Two hours after my saline drip finished and still no one. Pushed call button to inquire about lab work from 3 hours ago and now dead saline drip... Nothing. Super awesome. Definitely going to a different hospital next time.
Horrible slow and lack of good customer service. Never again

Deb was a awesome nurse to me. Not only that this is by far the best hospital I've ever been to. Everyone is very professional and friendly at the same time. Thank you all so much
I want to know how a person with a history of heart issues and a TIA comes to your ER short of breath, tachycardia, you pull an abnormal EKG and still ends up sitting in the waiting room. "Dr said you're not having a heart attack". If you have a cough, go here. If you have a real issue, you're better off going to a real hospital like Baylor.
