I would give zero stars if I could. My family had recently had a loved one pass, he was in the ER at Kaufman Presbyterian(due to no rooms available in Dallas hospitals from COVID) Like most family’s that have never dealt with death in the family we did not know what the next step was. We had gotten multiple calls three hours after he had passed from staff saying we need to “get his body out,” we need to figure it out,” (this is at 10pm.)
