They have no sense of urgency at all. I have waited over a month to have my records released and still nothing! I have not gotten an eta or anything just a generic apology. Apparently the custodian of records is to busy to actually do their jobs so a stack of records just sit and wait. The care was not even good the least you can do is release the records!

RecommendedVery friendly staff and always great Drs and Nurses! We always get right in and out most of the time. It may be a little ways out, but it is our go to Emergency Room!
no continuity of care at all , jas been 3 days since we have seen a pulmonary dr and he is on a vent and in for pneumonia and half the respiratory therapist dont know what they ate doing, they are not doing what the dr tols me would be done at all
could start by not hurting patient's.instead of helping me they prescribed for me then had a police man humiliate me in front of staff.its hard to believe how disrespectful they were.when i left i was so high from the drugs they put in me i could hardly walk.good thing i was not driving.ive never seen anything like this.its scary as hell.
RecommendedMy mother see doctor Linus Miller . He patient and so kind . He listen to you . I recommend him to anyone . Very happy with him and all the staff members.
