Texas Health Resources has been absolutely HORRENDOUS, inhumane, and draconian during this time regarding visitors for patients. Their new policy is that as of June 1, patients can have visitors from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. They also are aware they are slow as hell and will need to start laying off in droves soon! 1. What the is magical about June 1?!? Nothing!! 2. Hospitals are dangerous places and every patient deserves an in person advocate 24 hours a day. 3. They aren’t running a prison, contrary to what they believe. They A... read more

Texas Health Resources is implementing inhumane and dangerous rules during this time regarding visitors for patients. Their new policy is that as of June 1, patients can have visitors from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. I would never EVER visit anywhere that removes patient advocates. Not only are they there for the safety of the patient but to catch mistakes on behalf of the nurses and doctors. I would NEVER leave a loved one under anyone’s care without an advocate. Your new rules show you are running a prison not a medical establishm... read more

Texas Health is providing a LOWER standard of care for patients. This is inhumane, should not be accepted and down right horrendous. The visiting policies much change. We demand visitors 24 hours a day and to switch out as family and friends wish. Shame on Texas Health for bullying families into leaving their loved ones alone at their most vulnerable state. The idea that a vulnerable person is told they cannot have an advocate should send chills down people’s spines.
