I received a bill for walking into the building in a 12x14 room to speak with a Doctor about potentially becoming a patient and next thing I get a bill for use of the building. He is the Doctor it's his use not mine! This is the equivalent of paying his rent since he has no office.
The policies that Texas Health has implemented regarding visiting patients is inhumane. These policies are NOT standard of care. It’s actually a LOWER standard of care. The fact that this hospital is using the disguise of “safety” when a person is at their most vulnerable state should be cause for serious concern. We demand visitors 24 hours a day and to switch out as family and friends wish.

Texas Health Resources has been absolutely HORRENDOUS, inhumane, and draconian during this time regarding visitors for patients. Their new policy is that as of June 1, patients can have visitors from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. They also are aware they are slow as hell and will need to start laying off in droves soon! 1.
