I have frequented this hospital for 15 years I have never had a complaint. My mother worked here for 35 years. Last night I went in the Er. Was met by the rudest receptionist I've run across. And spent 3 hrs in the waiting room. Mind you I have a pulmonary condition and was having chest pain. So I left after the guy with his finger hanging off was told to have a seat.
