They did about 11 thousand dollars worth of testing on my mom. And she did not need but the one test.. The problem was her heart. Which they knew about from the beginning. She fainted at work and they all they could. I tried to get the blood results since I am certified phlebotomist but never received. Only the bill! Very dissapointed in the care received at the ER. However there are tremendous strides being made every day within the medical community.

Outstanding emergency room staff and services. Same after patient is admitted for continued care.

I wish I didn't have to leave a star to comment. I went in to deliver my baby and had a horrible experience. The nurses in labor and delivery were rude (with the exception of one young lady that I can sympathize with) They were nasty with each other as well and didn't work as a team. I ended up leaving without getting another procedure that I'd planned on getting directly after my son was born due to their piss/poor communication! I would most definitely choose Denton Regional if I could go back and rewind time!

Was placed in a chair with a oxygen tank in the corner of triage for 3hrs waiting for a nurse/doctor. No calllight, blanket, fluids, test done, or pain meds.

Every time I go there, I tell them how to do my insulin dosages so my blood sugar levels will stay normal, THIS TIME I EVEN GAVE THEM MY DOCTOR'S ORDERS & THEY STILL SCREWED THINGS UP. Because of this they caused me to go back into DKA the very next day making me go back into the ICU. Just got out my 3rd time being there after they screwed it up again & I already feel ill. Sat for 3 hours for a simple ice water. I even walked out of the hospital with my IV still in my arm. I had to take it out myself which I don't recommend ... read more

I would not refer my worst enemy to this hospital! My daughter went in through the emergency room, admitted and her dr was so bad! He absolutely has no care for the human race! Obviously it has to do with a young female, tattooed and no insurance! She had more than 1 issue, he focused on 1 and released her, even though he knew of her other issues and did nothing about it! Every life counts in my book!
