They gave me a black eye during my kidney stone surgery today. Didn’t give any explanation at all. This is cruel and I’m fit to be tied about this! I was extremely nice to everyone who took care of me so there’s no reason I should have this black eye and it’s the holidays so I get to look awful and ill all at once! Unfair treatment!!!! The nursing staff however gets 5 STARS for taking great care of me before and after my procedure!!! Nurses are our real heroes!!

The nurses were nice, but the doctors will not try to diagnose a problem if you have Medicare. They will let you starve yourself for 3 days, complain of stomach pain, and throw up instead of diagnosing and treating you. Then they’ll send you off. Guess money talks at this new hospital with the pretty blue windows.

I wrote an official complaint back in July. It took them 30 days to respond & receive their “letter” & package of my records. It was very disappointing to say the least. No responsibility was taken AT ALL for my traumatic & horrible experience. There were ZERO res...Continue Reading

The scheduler messed up the date and time for my testing, meaning I left my house at 6:15 am so I was a few min early (it’s a 30 min drive for me), just to find out that the scheduler has messed up my appointment. He put it for a different day than we agreed upon. Not to mention that I also had to fast for the testing and took work off. The registration desk lady was helpful but I am not impressed with the experience overall. The scheduler hardly gave me any instructions and I had to probe just to confirm if I needed to fast... read more

Had two tests run at the Women's Center this morning. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Didn't have to ask any questions as all information was covered and given up front.

Doctors lack professionalism, bed side manner, Dr Donald Houser and Dr. Venessa Woolridge are two doctors that you need to avoid.
